Values

Integrity, accountability, and public service are the principles I will stand by every day. These values shape how I approach my work, serve residents, and carry out the responsibilities of the Clerk's Office. I am committed to earning and maintaining the public's trust through honest, dependable, and professional service.

Integrity

Integrity is the foundation of public trust. It means doing the right thing even when no one is watching, being honest in both words and actions, and putting the interests of the public above personal or political gain.

Citizens deserve leaders they can trust. Integrity is not measured by campaign promises alone, but by the daily commitment to ethical leadership, open communication, and service to the people they were elected to represent. I am committed to leading with integrity and helping build a stronger, more united community.

Accountability

Accountability is the commitment to answer for one's actions and decisions. It means being transparent with the public, following through on responsibilities, and recognizing that elected officials are entrusted with serving the people, not themselves.

True accountability requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to explain how and why decisions are made.

I am committed to accepting responsibility for both successes and mistakes, listening to constituents, addressing concerns openly, and being willing to make corrections when necessary.

Public Service

Public service is a commitment to serving the needs of the community with dedication, respect, and a genuine desire to make a difference. It means putting people first, listening to their concerns, and working to ensure that local government remains responsive, accessible, and effective. Public service is not simply a job or a title; it is a responsibility to help improve the quality of life for everyone in the community.

I am committed to showing up every day ready to serve Laramie County with professionalism and integrity to support the community, and  earn your trust as County Clerk.
